Volume 1 Letter 90

From: Hazrat Sheikh-ul Hadith Sahib (May his secret be sanctified)

To: Al-Haj Muhammad Yakub Sahib Bombay

Date: 21st Sha’ban 1388/11th November 1968

Most honourable and gracious Muhammad Yakub sahib, may your radiance remain far-reaching.

After the sunnah greeting. Yesterday I wrote you two cards, wherein I informed you with regard to those travelling from London and the Foreign Office letter. At this time Haji Gulam Rasul Sahib has arrived from Baroda via Nizamuddin, he brought with him a copy of the Foreign Office letter translated in English. It reads that on 11th November they will embark upon a vessel from Iran. It appears they will board a ship from Iran and perhaps head for a seaport.

I expected your letter to arrive in today’s mail, one that perhaps you wrote on Monday. There was however nothing. I understand from a Nizamuddin communiqué that molvi Manzoor Nu’mani Sahib will arrive in Delhi tomorrow morning and return to Lukhnow the same evening.

That is all. Salaam

Hazrat Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sahib

Dictated to Muhammad Ismail

21st Sha’ban 1388
