From: Moulana Abdur-Raheem Motala Sahib (May his shadow be lengthened)
Dearest Honourable Brother
After the sunnah greeting. I sincerely hope you are well. The
telegram you sent to Hazrat was received yesterday; naturally it gave rise to
immense concern. I spent all night worrying. I awoke many times during the
night thinking about you. Some time ago this lowly-one saw a dream pertaining
to you. Ever since you wrote in relation to your journey I have been constantly
praying for your safety and security in reaching your destination, however that which is
preordained is unavoidable. What can I do except pray? I have prayed
constantly. May almighty Allah grant you swift convalescence. And hope we meet
very soon.
Inform
me straight away if possible as to your well-being, either by telegram or
letter. Hazrat is extremely concerned and prays profusely and urges others to
pray as well. Kindly inform Hazrat as to your well-being as soon as possible.
This lowly-one doesn’t require a dedicated letter as such. What more can I say?
Convey my sunnah greetings to the two parties involved and to your companions.
God willing you are not seriously injured. Remain content with providence. Be
patient and have courage and enjoin the parties involve the same.
That
is all. Salaam
