Dearest Yusuf Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

I have received your correspondence. Last year you sent me a letter with relation to taking leave, for various reasons I took it upon myself to grant you exceptional leave for one year. In consequence of that permission there was some unpleasantness that transpired here. Several lecturers construed that one year is just the start of it, nevertheless I continued throughout to give you my full support, but it appears that they were right and I am disappointed to say the least, nevertheless this worthless one feels compelled and obliged to grant you the permission you seek.
