From: Hazrat Sheikh–ul–Hadith Sahib (May Allah enlighten his resting place)
To: Abdul Qadir Sahib
Date: 4th Jamadi–Uthani 1389/17th August 1969
Dearest Abdul Qadir Sahib
After the sunnah greeting. I received your kind gift of one Pound sent by way of dearest Molvi Yusuf. The aforementioned arrived directly to Medina Munawwara on the evening of 2nd August as he was unaware of my travel plans. On that very day, this lowly one had planned to visit Makkah and Taif. The abovementioned and his friends presently joined the sojourn and returned after ten days. For that reason, there was a delay in acknowledging the receipt of your kind gift. May Almighty Allah accord you a most fitting recompense in both abodes, may he bless you in your health and wealth and confer upon you his good pleasure and love. May Almighty Allah grant you the ability to practice all that which brings about his good pleasure and protect you from his disapproval, thereby facilitating your rank in both the abodes. This lowly one maintains to supplicate and present salutations and blessings at the Holy Mausoleum on your behalf.
That is all. Salaam.
