From: Hazrat Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sahib (May Allah enlighten his resting place)

Date: 27 th Muharram 1389/ 14 th April 1969
Dearest Molvi Yusuf
After the sunnah greeting, the news of your wife’s ill health has giving me much cause for concern. Your own infirmity brought me six months of disquiet and at present, your wife’s illness is causing me unease. The travel arrangements relating to this to this useless one are still a matter of discussion. Dates are being considered time and again, only to be cancelled later. Finally, it was agreed that I would fly from Delhi 26 th April and depart from Bombay on 29 th April. Dearest Abdur-Raheem is busy preparing his arrangements to travel with me, and our paper work is still by no means complete. Therefore, do not be rushed in responding, if I depart, I will notify you from Bombay, inshallah. If there is a cancellation then you will no doubt learn about it and you may write to me thereafter. It gave me much delight to learn about your engrossment in construction work, through dearest Abdur-Raheem’s letter. May Almighty Allah bless you thereby, facilitate the madrassa in every way, and bring the construction to a fitting end.
That is all. Salaam
Hazrat Sheikh-ul-Hadith Sahib
