Date: 3rd Muharram 1389/22 nd March 1969
Dearest and most honourable brother may Allah pardon you and keep you safe
After the sunnah greeting, best wishes are intended for each other. In response to your telegram and letter announcing your safe arrival, I forwarded a comprehensive letter from Naroli to your Bolton address; included within was your Bhabi’s report, I trust it has been received. Thereafter, I took receipt of your letter pertaining to Qasim Chohan, I wrote a thorough letter to Molvi Abdullah Sahib in relation to this. I penned an acknowledgement in Abdus-Samad Sahib’s letter; I hope you have received that too.
No correspondence has been received since your arrival in Bolton; this is a matter of some concern for me. Kindly continue informing me as to your well-being. How is your arm? Keep me updated. Are you carrying on with the oil massages or not? How much have you benefited from them? Kindly write in detail.
If my journey is predestined then it will by ship, inshallah. Hazrat is of the ethos that each individual should travel with their money, and bring their own expenditure with them. Pray that Almighty assists us. Abul-Hasan’s airline ticket has also been purchased from Bombay. It has been several days since brother Talha wrote you an envelope; you ought to have received it.
Convey my sunnah greetings to your good wife and express my sympathies, keep me informed with regards her health. Communicate my sunnah greeting to Molvi Hashim Sahib and friends. What more can I write? Remember me in your devout supplications. My own health is delicate, kindly pray for my well-being.
That is all. Salaam
Most contemptible of Creatures
